Stall Application Form

Saturday 1st July

You will be provided with a 3.0m by 3.0m space for your stall. You will need to be fully self-sufficient, we are unable to supply tables, chairs, shelter or electricity.
You will be responsible for setting up your stall and dismantling it at the end of the event.

Cost per Stall – £15 | Registered Charities – FREE

I agree to supply a copy of my public liability insurance with this application. If you cannot supply it at this stage please note that a copy will be required on the day.
I agree that on completing this application form and returning it, I am requesting to be accepted into the above event. Booking is not confirmed until LATP have proccessed your application and replied. If I do not inform Live at the Park in writing that I can no longer attend the event, an administration fee of £10.00 may be charged. If persons no longer wish to attend the event this must be notified in writing, via email or letter, prior to payment being processed.

The Conditions of Acceptance and Event Safety Management Policy for this event is attached with this application form. It is the stallholder’s responsibility to read and agree to these terms and conditions prior to applying for a space at the event.

Please note that this is an application form and does not guarantee a booking. The trade stand coordinator,
on behalf of Live at the Park, will consider the application for inclusion in the event.
Notification of your success or otherwise in securing a space will be issued in writing in due course.
